These pages describe how to technically stand up and then use the xReserve solution in order to move USDC to and from the Canton Network. Conversely, a withdrawal (burn) request for a USDCx token on the Canton Network will result in the release of USDC on the destination L1 chain to the userโ€™s specified address on that chain. USDCx on Canton Network represents USDC deposited into a Circle xReserve smart contract on the original L1 chain. Furthermore, USDCx on Canton Network is in the form of a Canton Network Standard Token (CIP-0056).
USDC on Canton Network is using the DA Apps Registry, if youโ€™re not familiar with it, we recommend to briefly read the PRIMER first.
